Club Nights

We are Friskney Bowmen, Lincolnshire’s friendly archery club. Founded over 40 years ago, Friskney Bowmen is made up of both Field and Target archers. Our club facilities includes our own field, (available to members 365 days a year) and indoor facilities at Friskney Village Hall for shooting in the winter. We welcome beginners and archers of all ages, abilities and disciplines. Our members range in age from 8 to 80. We have four Club Coaches to help you improve your archery and equipment that can be rented for a small fee on club nights. Wednesday and Thursday nights from 6.30pm-10pm. Currently shooting at Friskney village hall. Please contact Malcolm or Alvyn for more information.

25th July, Michelle Coy represented Lincolnshire in the EMAS intercounties tournament held at Burton Joyce Nottingham. Michelle scored 1100 in testing conditions and helped Lincolnshire finish an impressive 2nd, only 140 points behind the winners. This is the highest position a Lincolnshire Recurve team have finished in many years, so well done to Michelle and the rest of the team.

Michelle Coy gets Bronze medal at the Junior National Outdoor Championship held at Lilleshall 2nd and 3rd July. Michelle scored 1126 in the Bristol 2 round, this highlighted a great weekend for Michelle who also finished 6th on Saturday.
